こんにちは＾＾ 昨日パレスチナのお料理教室に行ってきました。今回作ったのはアラビア語で「ひっくり返す」という意味の炊き込みご飯、マックルーベとマブルーシュというお菓子です。どちらもおいしいのでもっと上手にできるようになったらご紹介したいと思います♪

Hi, I went to a Palestinian cooking class yesterday and there I made Maqloobeh and Mabroosh. Maqloobeh is a cooked rice with vegitable, chicken and spices. Maqloobeh means "upside down" in arabic. Mabroosh is a Palestinian jam tart. both of them were so delicious! I'd like to share its recipis oneday ^^
