千葉の畑に行って来ました！

こんにちは(^^)

今日はアラブ・中東フェスティバルのメンバーと、千葉で化学肥料を使わず農業をされている方を訪ねました。

 Hi, I visited an organic farmer with Arab ・middle east festival's members today.

新鮮な野菜や、丹精込めて作られたお米をたくさんいただきました(^^)

we had tons of fresh vegetables and rice cultivated with much care.

 

また、畑にはオリーブもあり、自家製オリーブの塩漬けもいただきましたが、すごく美味しかったです(^^)

 they had some olive trees in their farm, then we ate some homemade olive pickles and it was so tasty.

 

畑ではハーブやビーツ、キャベツやスイスチャードなどたくさん収穫させていただきました〜✨畑に行くたびに生き返る気がします♪

We  harvested many kinds of herbs, vegetables like beet,cabbage, swiss chard✨

Farm always make me relax so much♪

  

最後に収穫したイタリアンパセリを使って、タッブーレをご馳走しました(^^)

もちろん、ZAHARAのオリーブオイルで♪

We made an Italian parsely salad named tabbouri in the last. Of course we used Zahara's olive oil♪
